Faith can be a polarizing word, many of us have learned it to be something we needed to have blindly or else, others bring it into daily life during trying times. Our yoga practice teaches us that faith can take many different forms. The essence of faith is love, and love is to let go of any fear within ourselves. This 2-hour practice includes asana, pranayama, and meditation to explore faith as a practice, how to cultivate it, and the rewards of doing so.
